RH Promotions offers are designed not only for Masonic fraternities, we cater for Engagement parties, Anniversaries, Special occasions, Clubs and any kind of Associations.
We also offer you the opportunity to arrange through us, a Weekend or Long Weekend stay (Masonic or Non Masonic).
We will arrange all your hotel requirements which will include (if you choose) evening meals. We will offer you all of our full services on your initial enquiry
RH Promotions can organise any sort of entertainment to it's clients, whether it may be a Soloist singer, to a Mass Band (although we do not get the Mass Band request on a regular basis) Our services can also include a Cabaret act with a "International Artist" (if available) who has appeared on the B.B.C. on a number of occasions and will usually do a one hour slot before the Main Entertainment/Band begins.
We usually offer a Three Piece band which we have found to be the most popular choice with our clients, However, if you feel that you consider that a larger number of Musicians are required for the function, then we will provide this for you.
We try to use/offer the same entertainment personnel that we offer to all our clients, the reasons for this is that we know by experience that the professional musicians that we use on a regular basis, understand what sort of entertainment that is needed, especially when it comes to getting people of their seats and onto the dance floor and finally having the professionalism to arrange for the clientele, any requests for certain types of music throughout the evening and to the conclusion.
