Dining and Toastmasters
On choosing your hotel, you will be invited to a complimentary overnight stay with your partner/spouse etc, you will then be given advice and assistance by RH Promotions in choosing your requirements. Your choice of Menu is very important and we advise all our clients to choose a 3 or 4 course menu so that everyone has more time to benefit in the after dinner entertainment.
Professional Toastmaster
Our Professional Toastmasters or Master of Ceremonies, will be the backbone of your evening, they will meet and greet you before the festival commences and breathe confidence into any nervous President or Lady President, he will ask you if you want to take wine with anyone special and keep a list of all the "Toasts" you may wish to deliver, he will sing the Ladies Song if required! he will assist with your raffle if you so desire, and he will bring the conclusion of the evening to a end in perfect and Professional manner.
In fact, he will oversee your entire evening and make sure everything goes the way you want it too, the rest is up to you, TOO ENJOY.
The perfect addition to any functions dinner/function is the services of a professional Toastmaster.
